This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with StarChance are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Spain

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations, excluding countries subject to shipping restrictions or sanctions

Available shipping destinations and methods will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to limit shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses at our discretion.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (such as sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be longer.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. StarChance is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or public holidays

  • Force majeure events

StarChance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation, in accordance with applicable consumer law.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order value.

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by local authorities.

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be applied by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • StarChance has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, returns, or abandonment of the package. If a shipment is returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.


6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not be immediately available.

  • StarChance is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies provided by the carrier.


7. Delivery & Risk of Loss

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If you select a delivery method or carrier not offered by StarChance, the risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to that carrier, to the extent permitted by law.


8. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (including but not limited to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package):

  • The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or return costs.

  • Refunds, if applicable and where permitted by law, may exclude original shipping fees and any additional charges incurred.


9. Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost, please contact us at grupo@star-chance.com as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the damaged packaging or items.

We will review each case individually and, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the update.
